Shipping Rates

For eligible delivery addresses in the United States and Canada, Standard Shipping costs US$20 when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is below US$200. Standard Shipping is free when that subtotal is US$200 or more. Shipping and taxes do not count toward the merchandise subtotal.

Import Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, ShingoWorks is responsible for applicable import duties and import taxes. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay these charges, please contact us at shingo43499@gmail.com so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.

Dispatch

In-stock items ship from mainland China. Orders paid before 4:00 p.m. Beijing time are handed to the carrier the same day; orders paid at or after 4:00 p.m. are handed to the carrier the following day. Chinese New Year schedule changes will be announced separately. Dispatch means handover to the carrier, not delivery to your address.

Delays and Missing Parcels

If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you so you can choose to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If a shipment is confirmed lost and not delivered, we will refund you or, with your agreement, arrange a replacement. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
