退款政策

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, items must be unused and in their original, intact packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Returns are sent to Xiamen, China.

For ordinary returns, you pay the return shipping cost. We refund the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise. Any outbound shipping fee separately charged on the original order is non-refundable for an ordinary return. If the original order qualified for free shipping, we will not deduct an outbound shipping charge. We do not charge a refund processing fee.

To exchange an item, first request a return and then place a new order for the item you want.

If your item is incorrect, defective or damaged, contact us with your order information, photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the problem and agree on an appropriate solution. If the issue is our responsibility or resulted from shipping, we cover any return shipping that is necessary. An unboxing video is not required.

After a returned item has been received and inspected, we initiate the approved refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account; this is not a guarantee of the date you receive the funds. Cancellation refunds for orders that have not shipped do not require a return or return inspection.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellations and Address Changes

You may request cancellation before your order is handed to the carrier. If we can cancel it before handover, we issue a full refund. For an address change, please request cancellation and place a new order with the correct address. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, we generally cannot cancel or intercept it; contact us so we can check what is possible.
