What is your jewelry made of?

Our rings, earrings and necklaces (including the chains) are 925 sterling silver plated with 18K gold.

How do I find my ring size?

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. Or measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you. Then match your measurement to the size chart on the ring page. Our rings come in US sizes 4–10.25 (HK 8–22). If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

How big is the ring face?

About 7.3 mm × 9.4 mm. Measurements are taken by hand, so allow for a small difference.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from China.

How long does it take to ship?

Every order is shipped within 10 business days. We ship with YunExpress, and you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Will I have to pay import duties?

No. We cover the import duties on your order.

What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@shingoworks.shop. If the item is faulty or not as described, we pay the return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is paid by the buyer.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Take it off before swimming, showering or working out, and keep it away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a dry pouch or box. This helps the 18K gold plating last longer.
